NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Merimbula Basketball Association invites all members, players, parents, and supporters to attend our Annual General Meeting on Monday 25th August at 5:30PM in the Dolphin Room at Club Sapphire.

This meeting is vital to the future of basketball in our community. To keep the club running and growing, we need fresh energy, ideas, and people willing to lend a hand. Whether you’ve got time, experience, or just a passion for the game — your support matters.At the AGM, we will be electing the executive committee for the next term. We welcome nominations for the following key positions:

• President
• Vice President
• Treasurer
• Registrar
• Secretary

Nominations can be submitted ahead of the meeting by email to merimbulabasketball@gmail.com, or made on the night.

Once the executive committee is in place, we’ll be calling for volunteers for additional roles — big and small — that help keep our association going strong.If you have any questions or want to chat about how you can help, please don’t hesitate to email us.

Without community support, we can’t continue to provide basketball for local players — so we hope to see you there.
